Hello and Welcome to the Doom Movie Archive
This site is an on-going archive of props, weapons and costumes used in the production of the 2005 action movie Doom. We here at the Doom Movie Archive will attempt to retrace the history of screen-used and production pieces, and more, from conception through to filming and beyond.

Recent updates:
18th October 2008 - DONE! BFG page updated somewhat, a full UAC personnel costume report uploaded with pictures. Phew! I *will* get the shotgun pics, I promise...
14th September 2008 - They're coming soon, I promise! First up will be the UAC uniforms and a lovely photo update for those of you who are fans of the BFG...
29th August 2008 - A little picture editing - got a few articles almost ready for upload. :)
11th June 2008 - Continued progression! The Goat Shotgun article has been uploaded but it currently lacks photography, so bear with me. I'll also soon have a nice mannequin, so full-body photos will be going up of the RRTS uniform and some of the body armour photos will also be replaced. The links are being cleaned up, also, so soon I should have a fully working and wholesome website! Yeah, that'll be the day... ;D
Doom Costumes
Each of the costumes for the characters in Doom had minor differences, and the Rapid Response Tactical Squad as a whole had a very unique, very modern look that, while not heavily pandering to the original designs of the games, still managed to maintain a near-future feel. In this section of the website, we will be exploring the differences and similarities between each of the costumes, from the basic uniform through to the personalised body armour, pouches and equipment that each of the Rapid Response Tactical Squad Marines carried.
Furthermore, we will also be looking at the uniforms of the Union Aerospace Corporation security personnel and the scientists who operated at the Ark and at the Olduvai Research Facility on Mars.
Doom Weapons
And in the same sense as the Doom costumes, every weapon used by the Rapid Response Tactical Squad was tailored to the man using it. In this section of the website, we will be looking at the Hero and Stunt weapons made for each of the characters as well as their explosive ordnance such as the ST grenade and the time delay mines, their sidearms and also their knives.
Also researched will be some of the weapons featured on the walls of the Olduvai Research Facility's armoury and the weapons used by the UAC security personnel.
