UAC personnel.
The faithful 'rent-a-cops' of the Union Aerospace Corporation create an air of safety and reassurance within the complexes of the UAC around the world, and Olduvai is no exception. Present both on Olduvai and in the Ark Chamber on Earth, the UAC Security divisions are a key cog in the functioning of UAC operations.
The only two named UAC security division personnel in Doom are Sanford Crosby, a public relations person back on Earth, and Lieutenant Hunegs, who runs UAC security at the Olduvai research station. These characters are played by Ian Hughes and Daniel York respectively.
Sanford Crosby
Sanford's uniform was a one-piece overall in a similar style and colouration to the uniforms of the Rapid Response Tactical Squad, worn with a green t-shirt underneath and a pair of leather shoes.

Lieutenant Hunegs
Hunegs' uniform is the standard UAC security personnel uniform, as seen throughout the Ark Chamber on both sides, and all through the Olduvai research facility's atrium area both at the start and at the end of the film.
The uniform itself is comprised of a green working shirt, a khaki t-shirt, green tactical pants and Magnum Stealth I boots. The belt is a black LC3-style belt, the same as that used by many members of the Rapid Response Tactical Squad, on which is a custom-made holster built to hold the standard UAC Security sidearm, which is the Walther P99, and an off the shelf ammunition pouch. All of the costumes also came with personalised ID badges with a photo of the staff member and his name. Here is Hunegs' ID tag:
